The low-level mechanical palletizer is designed for the end of beverage production lines.
It automatically stacks cartons or shrink-wrapped products onto pallets according to preset patterns, forming stable and uniform pallet loads for forklift transportation and warehouse storage.
Working Process & Operating Principle
- Forklift loads 8–10 empty pallets into the pallet magazine
- Lifting system separates pallets one by one using motor control and proximity sensors
- Products are aligned by inclined roller conveyors and spaced on acceleration conveyors
- Turning roller units automatically adjust product orientation when required
- Products enter the stacking platform and are precisely positioned by guides
- Push plate transfers products onto the layer plate according to the stacking pattern
- Layer plate retracts, lowering the product layer onto the pallet
- Finished pallets are discharged via roller conveyor for forklift removal
