Filling machine auxiliary equipment
Filling machine auxiliary equipment is essential for a complete filling line, supporting efficient and stable production. Typical filling machine auxiliary equipment includes water treatment systems for raw water purification, bottle blowing machines for PET bottle forming, sterilization machines for product safety, as well as labeling and packaging machines for final product handling.
With these filling machine auxiliary equipment solutions, the filling line can achieve higher automation, consistent quality, and reliable performance for water, beverage, juice, and other liquid products.
Water Treatment System
The water treatment system is a critical upstream module in the beverage filling process, designed to ensure that all incoming water meets strict hygiene, safety, and taste standards before entering production. It typically includes multi-stage filtration, activated carbon absorption, softening, reverse osmosis, and UV or ozone sterilization to remove sediments, organic impurities, odors, and microbiological contaminants. By delivering purified, stabilized, and consistent-quality water, the system guarantees reliable product formulation, protects downstream equipment, and ensures the overall quality of the final bottled beverage.
Bottle Blowing Machine
The blow molding machine is the first step of the beverage filling line, used to produce PET bottles from preforms. It supports a wide range of bottle sizes and shapes, such as 250ml–2000ml round, square, or customized designs. Depending on your production needs, the machine can be configured as fully automatic—offering higher speed, stable performance, and lower labor cost—or semi-automatic, which is more economical and suitable for small to medium output. Production capacity can be customized from 1,000 to over 50,000 bottles per hour, ensuring a perfect match for different beverage factories.
Pasteurization machine
Tubular sterilizer
TTubular sterilizer uses a tube-in-tube heating design for high-temperature, short-time treatment. It handles pulp, particles, and high-viscosity beverages with stable performance. This type is generally more expensive, with prices typically ranging from USD 30,000 to 40,000.
Plate sterilizer
Plate sterilizer uses a plate heat-exchange structure to heat and cool clear beverages efficiently. It is ideal for water, tea, milk, and pulp-free juices, offering good temperature control and lower energy consumption. This model is more economical, usually priced at USD 8,000 to 10,000.
Pasteurizing Tunnel
A pasteurization tunnel for juice uses a controlled heating zone to destroy harmful microorganisms, followed by a spray-cooling section that rapidly brings the product back to a safe temperature. This gentle heat treatment protects flavor, color, and nutrients while ensuring long shelf life for bottled or canned juice.
For carbonated beverages, different setups are used. Lightly carbonated drinks often pass through a bottle warming machine before filling to prevent condensation and maintain stable internal pressure. For carbonated beer, a dedicated beer pasteurization tunnel is applied, where bottles move through multiple temperature zones to achieve precise pasteurization units (PU) without damaging carbonation or causing bottle breakage. This system ensures product safety, stable foam, and consistent taste.
Labeling Machine
OPP Labeling Machine
This machine uses BOPP/OPP wrap-around labels with hot-melt glue. It offers very low label cost, high labeling speed, and strong adhesion, making it ideal for water and beverage bottling lines with large production capacity.
Self-Adhesive Labeling Machine
This machine applies pre-cut self-adhesive (sticker) labels without the need for glue. It provides high labeling accuracy, clean application, and easy label switching, suitable for premium products, small to medium output, and multi-size bottle production.
Packaging Machine
Group Packing Machine
This machine arranges bottles or cans into organized groups and wraps them with shrink film for tight and secure packaging. It is ideal for water, juice, and beverage lines, offering high speed, low material cost, and strong stability for transport.
Carton Packing Machine
This machine automatically places bottles or cans into cardboard cartons for stronger protection. It supports different carton styles and provides excellent stacking strength, making it suitable for premium beverages, long-distance shipping, and markets requiring higher packaging quality.
Conveyor System
The conveyor system connects all equipment in the beverage filling line, ensuring smooth bottle transfer from blowing to filling, labeling, packing, and palletizing. It keeps production continuous and stable, reduces manual handling, and improves overall efficiency.
Automated warehousing system
The automated storage system uses intelligent racks, robots, and software to manage finished products and raw materials. It improves warehouse accuracy, speeds up loading and unloading, saves labor, and ensures fast, organized distribution for beverage factories.
